Whole30 Week 1 Menu




{Breakfasts}
Over Easy Eggs on a bed of sauteed Kale
Egg Scramble (scrambled eggs with whatever extra veggies I have)

{Lunches}
Leftovers
Taco Chicken Salad

Roasted Chili Shrimp

{Dinners}
Butternut Squash Chili
Chicken Veggie Soup
Brussels Sprout StirFry
Spaghetti Squash Bolognese
Steak Salad

Leftovers Night

I've included my planned shopping list, but this will probably get revised. Many of the vegetables and proteins will vary based on prices and what's on sale and available. :) But the general dishes will probably stay the same.

{shopping list}
eggs
whole chicken
1 lb ground meat
steak (fri)   *I'll pick this up the morning before I serve it, meat goes on sale on Friday's at our local store*
1/2 lb shrimp
pot roast
1 bunch Kale
leeks
carrots
1 can crushed tomatoes
frozen broccoli
chicken broth
4 sweet potatoes
lettuce
4 cans of soup for ArmyMan's "hobo lunch" (he keeps these at work in case work keeps him from coming home for lunch)


I already have several squash, some Kale, some frozen vegetables, etc.
