Transformation is frequently a painful, bumpy road.
For a food lover turning her whole approach to food upside down- let's make that more painful than anything else.
Add in a reluctently participating husband and toddler and you have serious road bumps.
Now, though, when I look at my recent posts I see abundant evidence of how far I've come. Slogging along on the long road to an authentic kitchen, it's easy to focus more on the hiccups.
Nutrition as an Investment- It's taken me a long time to beleive strongly enough in protecting my health that the investment is worth making.
Spicy Cole Slaw - I would never have made this recipe a couple years ago and my family would never have demanded that it become a regular.
Vegetable Stuffing- a breadless twist on a holiday classic
Chicken and Vegetable Soup- a recipe I made up as I went- nourishing and delicious.
Whole30- I definitely would never have given this a go.

I love that you are focusing on living a healthier lifestyle. We're trying to make changes here too and when you have a house of sweet tooths who love a good back of potato chips...well...it's tough. But, we're seeing it through too! I love that your recipes are focused on living healthier. :-) Thanks so much for linking up!
